InsuranceWe do not particpate in any commercial insurance programs. We will be happy to help in determining your eligibility to be seen in this office and will assist families with commercial insurance in obtaining authorization for visits to our office. We will be happy to provide you with the information needed to file your insurance. You will be charged for your visit and are responsibile for filing your insurance claim for reimbursement directly payable to you.
Some insurance companies consider neuropsychological testing to be a medical benefit covered by the major medical portion of your plan when testing is medically indicated. Testing for learning disabilities is considered "educational" and is only covered if it occurs together with a medical condition. Psychotherapy is covered under the mental health portion of your benefit plan. Benefits provided for psychotherapy may be different than procedures covering consultation, evaluation and neuropsychological testing. It is your responsibility to determine your coverage. Payments are required at each visit. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards.
