Forensic Consultation
Dr. Leonard's forensic practice consists of specialization for cases pertaining to infants, children and adults in the areas of personal injury, product liability, toxic tort and wrongful injury and death.
She has served as an expert witness to a public and private agencies and law firms specializing in clients sustaining brain injury. Forensic consultation has included law firms representing plaintiff and defense counsel, county agencies and the United States government.
Dr. Leonard is a member of the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She is also a Lecturer and Senior Research Associate in the Program in Psychiatry and the Law, Massachusetts Mental Health Center, Division of Public Psychiatry, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School.
