Cognitive rehabilitation is a specialized type of therapy that utilizes an individualized program to retrain brain functions that do not function normally because of acquired diseases or developmental disabilities. Procedures involve a series of exercises designed to enhance: memory, attention and concentration, motor function, planning, organization, time management, and socialization. The goal is designed to achieve the highest level of functioning in individuals with neurocognitive difficulties.

  • Activities & progress will be carefully documented.

  • The goal is to learn necessary skills to improve cognitive and academic functioning.

  • Feedback/progress sessions throughout treatment.

  • 12-week program; 45 minute sessions.
